She approves. It was a banana cake (her favorite flavor) with chocolate filling and rolled buttercream topping.

First, she dug all the chocolate filling out of the middle. When that was gone, she was very happy to move on to the cake and buttercream.

Cousin Zachary wants to join in, but we all remember at the last moment--he's allergic to chocolate! Oh no!

Now, it would seem some rude remark would be appropriate here, but this is merely Katie in the Skittle-Spitting contest. Unfortunately, we didn't get pictures of the kids doing it, but it looked so fun that all the adults joined in when the kids finished.
